When you log in, the first thing you see is your dashboard. It gives you a fast read on how your store is doing today, this week, and this month — without you having to dig.
The four headline numbers
- Total Revenue — money taken in over a rolling recent window, with a trend arrow showing how it compares to the previous period
- Total Orders — how many separate orders came in, with the same trend arrow
- Customers — how many distinct customers have bought from you
- Conversion rate — a sense of how often your store traffic turns into orders
Today is not the whole story
A bad day or a great day rarely tells you much. The home stats use a rolling window so daily wobbles do not throw you off — dig into Analytics for a longer-range view.
What else is on the home screen
- Setup checklist with progress against the essentials (store name, payments, products, shipping, policies, custom domain)
- Recent Orders — a quick list of your most recent orders with their status
- AI Insights — short observations from your store data
What to do with the numbers
- Conversion rate low? Your storefront, pricing, or checkout might need a tune-up
- Customer count flat? Time to invest in marketing — emails, social, ads
- Revenue fine but orders few? You might be relying on a few big customers — diversify
- Want to look at a specific time range? Open Analytics in your sidebar — that is where the date pickers live, not on the home page
Frequently asked questions
Why are my numbers different from my payment provider?
Small differences are normal — your provider reports payouts after fees and timing differences. Big differences usually point to a sync issue; contact support and we will investigate.
Can I change the time range on the home dashboard?
The home stats run on a rolling recent window. For a specific time range — last 7 days, last 30 days, a custom span — open Analytics in your sidebar. The home page is designed to be glanceable, not configurable.
