Sales and product reports

Dig deeper than the dashboard with reports on sales, products, and customers.

When your dashboard sparks a question, reports give you the answer. Sort, filter, and export your sales, products, customers, and inventory data.

The Analytics tabs

  • Traffic — where your visitors come from, your conversion funnel, and a global sales map
  • Sales — total revenue, orders, average order value, sales trend, order status, and payment methods
  • Products — total products, inventory value, low stock and out of stock alerts, top performers, and performance by category
  • Carts — abandoned cart numbers and the recovery funnel
  • Payments — a breakdown of how customers are paying
  • AI Insights — short observations and recommendations from your store data

Run a report

  1. 1

    Open Analytics from your sidebar

Click Analytics in the left sidebar. The top of the page has tabs — Traffic, Sales, Products, Carts, Payments, and AI Insights. Pick the one closest to your question.

  2. 2

    Set the date range

Use the date picker at the top to choose last 7 days, last 30 days, this month, or a custom range.

  3. 3

    Drill into a chart

Hover over any chart to see the exact numbers per day. Tables underneath show the top items in each category.

Top customers live with Customers, not Analytics

For a list of your highest-value buyers, head to Customers from your sidebar — the Top customers card and the directory show you who they are. Analytics focuses on store-wide numbers; Customers focuses on individual people.

Check the Products tab once a week

Knowing which products sell best — and which are running low — helps you decide what to feature, what to restock, and where to spend your marketing time. The Products tab puts both views in one place.
