How your store works

Your storefront is the page customers visit to browse and buy. Your dashboard is where you add products, fulfill orders, manage customers, and watch your sales come in. The two stay in sync — change something in the dashboard and it shows up on your store in seconds.

You can accept payments through Stripe or Paystack, sell in your local currency, and ship anywhere you want to. We handle the heavy lifting so you can focus on your product and your customers.

    Work through your setup checklist

    Your dashboard shows a Setup checklist with the essentials — store name, logo, payments, at least one product, shipping, policies, and a custom domain — and a progress bar so you know what is left.

    Whether it is a physical item, a downloadable file, or a class you teach — start with one product and build from there.

    Customize your storefront

    Open Branding to upload your logo, set your brand colors, and tweak the look of your storefront so it feels like you.

    Send the link to friends, post it on social media, or run a small launch promotion to bring the first customers in.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need any technical skills?

No. If you can use Instagram or write an email, you can run a Shopstar store. Most merchants launch in under an hour without ever touching code.

How long does it take to launch?

Most stores go live the same day they sign up. The setup checklist in your dashboard takes you through it step by step.

Can I change things later?

Yes. Your theme, branding, products, prices, and policies can all be updated at any time. Changes go live straight away.
